You are viewing an excellent example of the very rare lady in the chair covered box by Noritake from the 1920's. The condition is mint no cracks chips or loss of decoration. These rarely come up for sale we have had it in our collection for many rears now but it's time to thin out a bit. Please e/mail with any questions buyer pays shipping and insurance. An extremely rare highly admired and collectible "Gemini Bowl" by Noritake.Two beautiful Twin Sisters reaching backwards from opposing sides of the bowl stretching until their fingers meet to create a handle for the bowl.This Gemini Bowl has hand painted flowers in the inside bottom of the bowl. Which would make this bowl more rare than most.The details of the twins beautiful faces their hair and gowns are clear and alive with vibrant colors Condition: Excellent no chips, cracks or crazing Beautiful hand painted bowl.Measures: 6 1/4" tall x 6 1/2" wide. This came out of my mom's chain cabinet where it had been safely stored for over 50 years. I had never even seen it until cleaning out her estate. Was not in the sun or out collecting dust.
